Report content

friendslist.de carries texts, flyers and profiles that promoters upload themselves. If something there looks unlawful to you – a photo of you used without consent, someone else's image, an insult, a false statement about an event – report it here. This is our procedure under Article 16 of the EU Digital Services Act.

What happens next

  1. You get a confirmation of receipt by email straight away (Art. 16 (4) DSA).
  2. We look at the content and decide promptly, diligently and objectively – no automation, every notice is read by a person.
  3. You get our decision with reasons and information on how to challenge it (Art. 16 (5) DSA).
  4. If we take something down, the person who uploaded it also gets a statement of reasons and can object (Art. 17 DSA).

Independently of this you can always turn to the Bundesnetzagentur as Digital Services Coordinator, or to a court.

The full address of the page in question – copied from the address bar.

What exactly makes this content unlawful? The more specific, the faster we can decide.

This is where the confirmation of receipt and our later decision go.

Not a legal problem but an ordinary question? Then use the contact form or write to info@friendslist.de.

What happens to your details is set out in the privacy policy. We do not store the notice in a database – it is sent as an email to us and back to you.
