Report content
friendslist.de carries texts, flyers and profiles that promoters upload themselves. If something there looks unlawful to you – a photo of you used without consent, someone else's image, an insult, a false statement about an event – report it here. This is our procedure under Article 16 of the EU Digital Services Act.
What happens next
- You get a confirmation of receipt by email straight away (Art. 16 (4) DSA).
- We look at the content and decide promptly, diligently and objectively – no automation, every notice is read by a person.
- You get our decision with reasons and information on how to challenge it (Art. 16 (5) DSA).
- If we take something down, the person who uploaded it also gets a statement of reasons and can object (Art. 17 DSA).
Independently of this you can always turn to the Bundesnetzagentur as Digital Services Coordinator, or to a court.
Not a legal problem but an ordinary question? Then use the contact form or write to info@friendslist.de.
What happens to your details is set out in the privacy policy. We do not store the notice in a database – it is sent as an email to us and back to you.
