The Friendslist is friendslist.de’s guest list: your guests sign up without an account, you scan their QR code at the door – and your party is listed in the Berlin party calendar, on the genre, district and night pages and in Google search. No base fee, no fee per event.

  • Sign-up without an account

    Name, email, up to three companions. The confirmation with QR code arrives by email, cancelling takes one click. No app and no login required for your guests.

  • Deadline, capacity, waiting list

    You decide until when the list stays open and how many spots there are. Once it is full, guests can queue up – when a spot frees up, they get notified.

  • Entry with Friendslist

    Tiers such as ‘free until 0:30, €5 until 1:30’ appear on the event and in the structured data for Google. If one tier is free, the party also runs on the ‘Free entry’ page.

  • QR check-in via door link

    One link for the cash desk and the door, no account needed: list on a phone or tablet, scan QR codes or search names, tick them off. The list stays on the device and keeps working without internet.

  • Export and stats

    List as CSV, Excel or PDF for the door. Afterwards you see views, ticket clicks, sign-ups and who actually showed up – plus the comparison with similar parties on the same weekday.

  • Member Club

    Anyone who joins your club or series gets an email with the Friendslist link for every new event. Your mailing list, without a newsletter tool.

  • Reach

    Every party is in the calendar, on the genre, district, night and free-entry pages, in the calendar feed and RSS – and in Google search with event markup.

  • No tracking

    No cookies, no ad networks, no selling of addresses. Only your account and your door link see the sign-ups; 30 days after the party they are deleted.

Door tools usually charge a monthly fee or a fee per event. The Friendslist costs nothing – because the list is our calendar: every open Friendslist brings guests to friendslist.de, and that is our business.

    Register as a promoter. We review and approve the account – you get an email.

    Title, club, date, time, entry, line-up, flyer. We review the date and put it online.

    Short link in your Instagram bio, badge on your website or in Linktree. Your guests land straight in the form.

Questions from promoters

What does the Friendslist cost?
Nothing. No base fee, no fee per event or guest, no contract. The only thing you can pay for is a highlight in the calendar – optional, per night, and the list never depends on it.
Do my guests need an account or an app?
No. Name and email are enough; the QR code arrives by email. Guests who want to can create a free account and keep all their sign-ups with QR codes in one place – but it is not required.
How does the door check-in work?
You open your event’s door link on the door staff’s phone or tablet – no login. There you scan QR codes or search names and tick them off. Every code is invalidated when scanned, and the list stays on the device even without a connection. If you prefer paper, take the PDF export along.
What happens to the guest data?
Only your account and whoever has your door link see the sign-ups. We do not sell addresses, run no ads on them and set no tracking cookies. 30 days after the party the sign-ups are deleted automatically.
Can I keep using my current tool alongside?
Yes. The Friendslist replaces nothing you want to keep. You can export the list as CSV, Excel or PDF at any time and take it to the door.
Does a Friendslist spot guarantee entry?
No – and every sign-up says so. The door decides, as everywhere in Berlin. The list governs the perk (free or reduced until a set time), not entry.
Who can submit events?
Clubs, promoters, collectives and party series from Berlin. We review every account and every event before it goes online – which is why there are no fake parties and no duplicate dates here.
